Risk Disclosures

Trading risk: Perpetual trading involves significant risk. Using leverage can lead to rapid and substantial losses, including total loss of principal. Past performance does not indicate future results.

Smart contract risk: Although WaterX's contracts have undergone rigorous development and testing, any smart contract may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities.

Oracle risk: WaterX relies on Pyth Network and Supra for price data. Oracle failures or price manipulation could result in incorrect liquidations or trade execution.

Liquidity risk: WLP liquidity may be insufficient to satisfy all trading and withdrawal demands. During high utilization periods, WLP redemptions may be restricted.

Regulatory risk: The regulatory environment for DeFi and cryptocurrency continues to evolve and may affect protocol operations.
